When I was mixfeeding my first born, I usually get mom envy whenever I open the ref in the office's lactation room -- their milk bags are usually full while mine would only have one to two ounces after 30 minutes of pumping. It's a different story now with my youngest, thanks to Purest. I can pump 4 to 6 ounces in one 15-20 minute session when in the office, and can pump for stash while at home. I noticed that when taking Purest, my milk "refills" faster and letdowns are quicker so I can feed/pump more frequently.
I love coffee but have minimized it since I got pregnant, so I'm happy to have replaced my after-lunch coffee with a similar-tasting one from Purest.

For it's effectiveness, I cannot really say my milk supply went really high but it helped in supplementing my breastmilk and it also helped me with my constipation.
